I am travelling to places outside India for the first time. As such it was a really exciting one for me. I enjoyed the countryside, the stay with the Swiss family and the culture of Switzerland. Zermatt and Aletch Glacier, perched in the Alps gave a wonderful experience. Fiesch and the stay overnight was nice. Breakfast in the morning cold gave a new energy. Visit to UNO was really informative. Rigi mountains, Bern, vineyards, chocolate factory, power plant at Electro Broc and other attractions were interesting. We also visited the sewage and waste treatment plants.

The host family was very supportive. They had made all the arrangements for pick up from the station and a comfortable stay. Swiss people in general are nice. Swiss people usually have less spicy food. Main contents of their food are cheese, potato, fruits etc. My host family was vegetarian like me.

Cleanliness of each and everything including the trains and public road is really appreciable.  Punctuality in each and every aspect of life is a thing we can adopt from them. Swiss law is strict and the citizens follow it with no exception, even without any imposition.

Education is a bit different from ours. 1 to 9 grade and then 4 years higher secondary. Thereafter it goes to University studies. Graduation, post graduation etc.

It is a very small country and the languages spoken are German, Swiss-German, French, Romans hand so on

It is a must visit place in Europe as there are a lot of things we Indians must study from there along with enjoying its beauty.
