Switzerland has been one of the dream places of mine and I was happy when Christ Nagar provided me with the opportunity to visit it. I had heard a lot about the good things of Switzerland especially about the cleanliness and I had hoped to see how it worked out in real life. I also wanted to experience a bit of the everyday life of a Swiss, and how it differed from the lifestyle of an Indian. Lukas, with whom I stayed, and his family were very caring to me made sure that I never felt distanced from home. During my stay there, I was able to see a few parts of the country.  The trip showed me certain benefits that we have in our home that we seem to ignore. The stay also taught me the importance of punctuality. The waste management system there showed me ways to recycle a majority of the household wastes in my house
